What should I keep in mind regarding scheduling?

Ans.:It is important to remember that moving is a seasonal business with peak months being May-September. If you are planning a move during these months, we recommend making your reservation 1-2 weeks in advance. Also, the last and first few days of the month are especially busy, so please plan accordingly.

Where are you located?

Ans.: Our branches and franchisees are located all over India. Our large fleet of state of the art trucks and equipment means that we can provide long distance moves to almost all states and local moves to most metropolitan areas.

Why do you put more than one household shipment on a trailer in a long distance move?

Ans.: We do this for efficiency and to keep the costs down. We do have direct shipments available, but most customers choose to have their moves done in the standard way so that it will be more affordable.

What is partial packing?

Ans.: Partial packing is the packing, wrapping or crating of glass tops, all sizes of TV sets, pictures, mirrors, glass items, lamps, china cabinets, and all upholstered furniture.

Do you charge for packing materials?

Ans.: Any materials that are requested or used by your moving team (boxes, packing paper, tape, etc) will be charged additionally.

What is full packing?

Ans.: Our crews will enter your residence and pack everything for you. It is recommended that you retain any valuables, medicines, legal papers with you for the move.

Will packing materials be on the truck if I need them?

Ans.: Yes, our crews come fully prepared. If you find that you need something, it will be available.

Can we help your crew?

Ans.: For insurance reasons, customers are not allowed on the truck, so the best way to help is to be prepared before hand. Have all your packing done, boxes labeled, etc. This will allow our crew to do their job efficiently.

Why should I purchase insurance instead of valuation?

Can you move plants?

Ans.: Yes.

What are additional services?

Ans.: Any service that is provided, in addition to the line haul is typically an additional service. These can include crating, packing, unpacking, appliance services, special handling, stairs, long carries or shuttle service if access to your residence is limited and a second smaller truck is necessary. Your moving consultant can fully explain the range of services and charges.
